Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on used or opened products.
However, if there is an issue with your order (wrong item, broken item, missing product), please notify us within 7 days and we will resolve it quickly.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or store credit based on the situation.
