AY’ann Cosmetics&Beauty was born from the powerful bond between ancestral African beauty rituals and a deep love for nature’s healing touch. Inspired by the purity of botanicals, our mission is to create luxurious, sensorial skincare experiences that honour the past while embracing the future.
We believe that beauty is a ritual of self-respect, and that nature provides everything we need — when treated with care. From herbs infused in oils to eco-luxe textures that melt into the skin, our products are crafted to nourish both body and soul.

OUR HISTORY
2017–2019: A Spark in Ottawa
While completing her university degree in Ottawa, our founder began experimenting with natural ingredients from her student apartment. Guided by a deep-rooted love for beauty and wellness, she enrolled in online skincare formulation classes — a spark that would ignite the AY’ann journey.
2020–2023: Crafting from the Source
Returning to her home country, Côte d’Ivoire, she immersed herself in the world of raw ingredients: shea butter, tropical oils, and traditional botanicals. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she stayed grounded and creative — developing her first real products, selling at artisan markets, and opening her own store. AY’ann began to bloom, rooted in tradition, resilience, and love.
2024: A New Chapter in Alberta
Driven to grow and reinvent the brand, the founder as also a young Canadian chose to return to Canada — this time to Calgary, Alberta. Enrolled in a government-backed entrepreneurship program, she set out to reimagine AY’ann Cosmetics & Beauty with deeper purpose, elevated formulation, and sustainable practices.
2025: AY’ann Is Reborn
Now rebranded and ready to relaunch, AY’ann Cosmetics & Beauty introduces its signature balm, SHEATHERAPY, and the Kisses n’More collection — a sensorial five-piece ritual for glowing, nourished skin. Each product is a celebration of craftsmanship, culture, and conscious beauty.
